Enrollment (Domestic)

Recruitmentstrengthen pipeline through more aggressive funnel management (FYR/TR)

  • Previewed KU event in Wichita on September 12 and in Kansas City on September 18
  • Sophomore Legacy campus visit event on September 21
  • Continue to mail and email students to encourage them to apply
  • Senior Day on September 16
  • Weekly distribution of Fall 2014 new admit scholarship letters
  • Scholarship Training Sessions for campus colleagues and updates regarding FA14 recruiting scholarships
  • 2014-15 Prospectus Publication Planning meeting with EM and Marketing & Comms team

Retention Managementincrease first-year rate to 90%, six-year graduation to 70%

  • Reminder to students with incomplete financial aid files to complete theirs as soon as possible to ensure aid is available by the September 15 due date

Technologyestablish systems and structures necessary to achieve enrollment results

  • Working with Marketing Communications to transition the Affordability website to Drupal
