KU Regional Shared Service Center Implementation: to streamline job functions and improve business processes
- Staff from the 3rd wave of the Campus Administration & Operations SSC assembled for their first staff meeting and to plan for the transition to the SSC on October 13th.
- SSC Leadership met with several of the Deans to communicate the new campus SSC model.
- The processes that define how the Bioengineering Research Center will interact with the Biomedical Research SSC were finalized during this period. The BR-SSC will begin providing support to BERC on October 13th.
- SSC Leadership met with HR Leadership to discuss the role of the SSC in supporting the new requirements for the Affordable Care Act.
