Enrollment (Domestic)
Recruitment: strengthen pipeline through more aggressive funnel management (FYR/TR)
- Extended FA13 scholarship deadline to Nov. 8 to accommodate east coast students impacted by Super Storm Sandy
- Continued distribution of FA13 Scholarship Award letters, including combined FAS/Engineering Scholarship letters
- 2013-14 Publication Planning meeting with EM and Marketing and Communications Team
- Senior Days taking place for high school seniors
- Asian American Leadership Symposium held on Oct. 15
- Pre and post-admit communication flows continue
Retention Management: increase first-year rate to 90%, six-year graduation to 70%
- Kauffman Scholars Advisory Council meeting
- Multicultural Scholars Program Application Process meeting
- Participated in a Federal Student Aid Advisory Council meeting and provided feedback to simplify the FAFSA filing process for students and families
Technology: establish systems and structures necessary to achieve enrollment results

Yield Management: solidify/improve yield rate from admit to enrolled

Enrollment (International)
Recruitment: enhance Unit's planning and accountability

International Partnerships: establish collaborations and articulation agreements
- Received to graduate applications from new partnership with the Vietnam Education Foundation. Areas of Ph.D. study include Pharmacology and Mechanical Engineering. Students would be fully funded by VEF for three years of doctoral study.
Visiting Student Programs: develop and implement
- Received first Global UGRAD-Pakistan student application from IREX. Student will enroll in KU classes within Architecture for the spring semester.
