KU’s Research Caliberstrengthen skills and retain top performers

  • This project is complete, but progress will continue to be tracked.
  • Held Thursday Research Topics: “Uniform Guidance: Lessons Learned” (46 attendees).
  • Began coordinating planning for a research reproducibility workshop with KU Libraries.


Pursue System Improvements:  implement tools that increase faculty and administrative efficiency; collaborate with KUMC where feasible

  • Continued research administration system analysis with Information Technology.
  • Hosted webinar on Kuali Coeus grants and compliance software system.
  • Research Administration leadership and Amanda Henry from RIS have worked in collaboration to deploy the Active Project Past End Date report on Tableau. This report provides leadership with a quick view of projects that may need review, and also serves as a prototype for development, usage, and deployment of administrative reports in Tableau.
