KU’s Research Caliberstrengthen skills and retain top performers

  • Fall 2013 intramural course “Research Administration 101” completed (10 two-hour sessions) with 50 enrolled; 30 attended eight or more sessions (“graduates,” with their participation reflected in their personnel files).

Pursue System Improvements:  implement tools that increase faculty and administrative efficiency; collaborate with KUMC where feasible

KUCR Efficiencystrengthen operations, processes, and overall effectiveness

  • Internal agreement processing grid drafted to clarify which unit administers each type of agreement (incoming and outgoing).
