KU's Research Caliber: strengthen skills, technology, and retaining top performers

  • No new updates

Pursue System Improvements: implement tools that increase faculty and administrative efficiency; collaborate with KUMC where feasible

  • Campus Content Management System (CMS) - Portal Site for Core Resource Labs is in progress, estimated to go live this fall – this will promote added visibility to internal and external customers.
  • Core Labs and centers with no or outdated web presences are being updated and deployed by the RGS Web Manager.
  • Progress on the implementation of the A.R./Billing module continues to be made. RGS and KU leadership have joined forces on this project. Planning discussions were held over the past two weeks and will continue next week. Since the scope of the project has been expanded it is likely that the revised go live date will be early in calendar year 2014.
  • We are making progress on the Click IRB module. All tasks on the KU-L campus are on schedule, anticipated go live date is June 17.
