KU’s Research Caliberstrengthen skills and retain top performers

  • This project is complete, but progress will continue to be tracked.
  • Held Grant Coordinators’ meeting on 07/23/15, approximately 100 people attended.

Pursue System Improvements:  implement tools that increase faculty and administrative efficiency; collaborate with KUMC where feasible

  • Continue meetings regarding an effort reporting system and the possibility of collaborating with KUMCRI on implementation/upgrade of effort system.
  • Continue to gather requirements for new research administration system.
  • Dashboards to assist with billing and project closeout in development; user testing in progress. Collecting requirements and setting standards for other proposed dashboards to provide process transparency and efficiency.
