KU's Research Caliber: strengthen skills, technology, and retaining top performers
  • The accounts receivable and billing consultant is still on site.
  • Hardware has been ordered for the new conflict-of-interest system. The Master Services License Agreement has been fully executed, which covers all KU campuses.
  • The search committee is being formed for the staff person that will facilitate the creation of complex, multi-disciplinary research proposals centered on the four strategic initiatives.
KU-KUMC Collaboration: pursue system improvements that enhance cross-campus activities
  • Currently, both campuses are outlining the systems and data that support the administration of research. Once this list is compiled, the executive committee will meet to identify areas where consolidation is possible and those areas that are simply unique to each campus.
KUCR Efficiency: strengthen operations, processes, and overall effectiveness
