Library Annex: explore other revenue or usage options

  • Due to a cohort of fully trained new inventory staff and increased efficiencies in Annex inventory/accessioning workflows, Annex monthly accessioning rates currently equal that of summer 2010, when Annex inventory/accessioning employed 3.25 more FTE and 4 more student employees than now.

Library Staffing and Key Services: strategically reassess efficiency levels

  • Rollout of new organizational design continued with further internal position appointments.

Cross-campus Libraries: collaborate and/or consolidate across all campuses

  • Dean Haricombe, Karen Cole (Dykes Library, KU Medical Center), and Joyce McCray Pearson (Wheat Law Library) identified four actions regarding de-duping/de-accessioning; Open Access and Open Data/publishing; cataloging and metadata; and curriculum support design.

Fines and Fees: update policies

  • No new updates.
