Library Annex: explore other revenue or usage options

  • Materials from Dykes Library (KU Medical Center) newly received at the Annex.

Library Staffing and Key Services: strategically reassess efficiency levels

  • Rollout of new organizational design continued, including internal position appointments.

Cross-campus Libraries: collaborate and/or consolidate across all campuses

Fines and Fees: update policies

  • Dean Haricombe met with Karen Cole (Dykes Library, KU Medical Center) and Joyce McCray Pearson (Wheat Law Library) to identify further opportunities for collaboration and/or consolidation.
  • New communication channels put in place to improve communication between KU Libraries, Dykes Library and Wheat Law Library.
    • No new updates.
